Some ideas need more than advice. Ventures is where Heritage works alongside an owner or operator to build a new product, a new line of business or a new company, as a working partner on a defined piece of work.

We are at the start of this, and we have not yet completed a Ventures project. Each one begins with a conversation about the problem, what each side would bring, and whether we are the right partner for it. If we are not, we say so.

What we bring: operating experience and product and technology leadership.

What this page is not. Nothing here is an offer of investment, financing, a loan or an ownership stake, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any security. Any working arrangement is agreed in writing, case by case, before work begins. Results depend on many things outside anyone’s control, and we make no promise about outcomes.

If Heritage already advises your business, that advisory work stays loyal to you, and we raise any other kind of relationship only in the way our Terms describe.
