Who we are

This site is operated by Heritage Platform Group, Inc. (“Heritage,” “we,” or “us”), based in Santa Clara, California. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to our programs.

Information we collect

We collect: information you give us (name, company, email, phone, and the answers or message you submit); commercial information if you buy a program (what you purchased; payment is handled by our processor, and we do not store full card numbers); professional details you choose to share; usage and device information collected automatically (such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and referring links); and, if you take part in a recorded session such as the Sparring Room, an audio recording. We also generate results, such as a Scorecard read, from the answers you provide.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the tool or materials you asked for, run and improve our programs and coaching, process payments, keep the site secure, meet our legal obligations, and follow up with you about working together. We do not sell or rent your information.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we use an analytics provider, it helps us see how the site is used in aggregate.

AI-assisted tools

Some tools, such as the Deal Navigator, use artificial intelligence to generate your result. The answers you provide are processed through our infrastructure providers, including our AI provider (Anthropic), solely to draft your document, and your submission is stored with us like any other form submission so our team can follow up. AI-generated documents are automated drafts, may contain errors, and are provided for general information; using them does not create an advisory or client relationship with us.

Recordings

Sparring Room and other live sessions may be recorded so we can give you a scored debrief and improve the program. We keep recordings confidential, use them only for those purposes and for training our own team, and do not sell them. We will not use your recording to train artificial-intelligence systems without your separate written consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our programs, and only so they can perform that work for us. These include: our AI provider (Anthropic), our hosting provider, our email provider, our payment processor, and the calendar service we use to book calls. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, to follow up about working together, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to those who need it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to respond promptly if something goes wrong.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us at any time by emailing info@heritageplatformgroup.com. You can opt out of follow-up at any time.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access and receive a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@heritageplatformgroup.com; we will verify your request before we act on it, and you may use an authorized agent. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you may also ask about information shared with third parties for their own marketing; we do not share information that way.

Children’s privacy

The site and our programs are meant for business owners and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate from the United States, and if you use the site from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States under this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below and, where appropriate, tell you.
