The Sparring Room
Practice against the pressure, before the pressure is real.
A live drill environment for the deal table. You negotiate against the chair you will actually face, it runs the pressure plays on you, in a voice, and the drill is simple: catch the move, call it by name, counter it.
How a round works
Three minutes in the chairs.
Choose the chair. The retiring owner, the broker, the searcher on a clock: each protects something different, and each folds to a different move.
Set the traps. The Cold Anchor, the Manufactured Clock, the Ratchet: the pressure patterns from the Squeeze Map, armed and waiting.
Call the moves. Spot the play as it happens and name it out loud. The debrief scores what you caught, what you missed, and what to drill next, in The Heritage Method.

In founding use inside Heritage today.
We drill our own deals in this room. Public seats open with the negotiation cohorts, and every cohort seat includes Sparring Room access. The waitlist hears first and shapes the opening scenarios.
The room drills The Heritage Method, the doctrine taught in our courses and used at our own tables.
